Copilot's new Savings Goal tab is designed to help you plan, track, and stay motivated as you work toward what matters most. In this tab, you can see an overview of your goal progress, create new goals, and contribute towards goals.
Goals Chart
At the top of the Goals tab you'll see a comparison of the amount saved this month and the amount needed to meet your savings goals for the month.
You can tap on the gear icon, located in the top right-hand corner of the chart, to toggle this chart's view from This month to All time. All time shows how much you've saved in total across all of your goals and how much you have left to complete all of your active goals.
Goal States
Below the Goals chart, Copilot shows a list of all of your goals. Goals can be in an Active, Ready to Spend, or Archived state.
Active
Goals in an active state are goals that are still actively being saved towards. You can still spend from active goals, but doing so will impact the progress towards the goal. You can learn more about updating Active Goals here.
Ready to Spend
When you reach a goal, it will automatically move to Ready to Spend. In Ready to Spend, you can associate spending transactions with a Goal to spend from it. You can also choose to have goals re-activate when the goal balance dips below your saving target. Learn more about spending from goals here.
Archived Goals
When you no longer want to interact with it by contributing to it or spending from it, you can choose to archive it.
Archiving is a great option for Goals that are one-time expenses, like your Wedding or Summer Vacation. If you'd prefer to keep spending and saving from a funded Goal, you can continue to utilize a single Goal and reactivate it instead.

Creating New Goals
You can create new goals directly from the Goals tab. In the Mac and iPad apps, you can tap on Add a goal in the top header bar to create a new goal.
In the iOS app, you can select Add a goal at the bottom of the Goals tab.
