You can use either Apple Sign-in or Email Sign-in to log into your Copilot account.

How to Login

When you open the app, you will see the Sign-up landing page. To access your existing account, click "Already have an account? Log in β†’", as indicated in the image below.

Apple Sign-In

Click the "Sign in with Apple" button on the login page to sign in with the Apple ID associated with your device. You'll now be logged into your Copilot account.

Email Sign-In

  • Click the "Continue with Email" button on the login page.

  • Enter the email associated with your Copilot account.

  • You'll receive an email titled "Sign in to Copilot requested."

  • Tap to login to the same device you're trying to enter with (iPhone, iPad, or Mac).

What are Magic Links?

At Copilot, we use magic links, which give you access by sending a unique one-time link to your registered email account.

A magic link is a secure way to log into your account without having to remember a password. When you click on the magic link in your email, it will automatically log you into your Copilot account. This helps increase the security of your login and makes it easier for you to access your account.

You can learn a little bit more about magic links as an alternative to passwords for logging in here.

Setting a Password to Login

We can override Magic Links and allow you to set a password for your account login. Please contact us through the in-app chat with your intention of switching to a password login so we can help you set this up.

Troubleshooting Login Issues on the Mac App

A few common issues can be easily resolved if you're having trouble logging into the Mac app using your email.

  • If you're using a VPN or Apple's Private Relay on your device, please temporarily disable this and attempt to sign in again.

  • If you are using any content or ad blockers on your device, please also disable these and attempt to sign in.

  • Please try logging in on a different wireless network. We have seen that sometimes, using a different wireless network resolves this issue due to issues on the router level.
