How to login to your account from another device.

Before proceeding, please note that any additional

logged-in devices will also have full control of the account.


If you created your account with an email address and have already created a password for your Copilot account, please check to make sure you are not using your current Copilot password for any other services. If so, please change your Copilot password or reconsider sharing your login information.

After considering these security risks, you can choose to share your email address and password with a partner and they can login to the app from their personal device.

Please note that additional logged-in devices will also have full control of the account.

If you created your account with an email address and do not have a password for your Copilot account, please have your partner sign in with your email address to trigger the login confirmation email.

After triggering the login email, please sign into the associated email on the web browser app of the alternate device to tap the link in the email and complete sign in or forward the email to an email logged into the alternate device.


If you used Apple Sign In, you will need to create a password that can be used to login to the app from another device. Please do not use a password or variation of a password that you are currently using for another service.

1.) Select the gear icon in the top left-hand corner of the app.


2.) Scroll down to the Account section.


3.) Right below Email, you'll see you have the option to set a password. This is how you can create a password for the account your partner can use to sign in to Copilot from their personal device. Please do not use a password or variation of a password that you are currently using for another service.

4.) Share the newly created password, along with your account's associated email address to start sharing your Copilot account. Please note that any additional logged-in devices will also have full control of the account.


If you used Apple Sign In and chose to hide your email address, in addition to creating a password you will also need to obtain the obfuscated email that Apple generated that can be used to login to the app from another device.


1.) Select the gear icon in the top left-hand corner of the app.


2.) Scroll down to the Account section. You'll be able to see the obfuscated email under Email and select the copy icon to copy and share this with your partner.

Please note that you may not be able to share an account if both Apple Sign In and an obfuscated email are active. If so, you can contact our team via the in-app chat to change your Copilot email and remove Apple Sign In to allow sharing.
