To manage your subscription, please open the Copilot app and navigate to Settings.

In the Settings, you'll find a section entitled Subscription:
โ€‹

Tap on "Manage your subscription" to change your plan, payment method, or to cancel your subscription.

There are three ways you can subscribe to Copilot. Please make sure that you are attempting to manage your subscription on the same device that you initially subscribed on:

  • Subscribing via the iOS app, which begins a subscription through the App Store with your phone's associated Apple ID.

  • Subscribing via the Mac app (downloaded from Apple's Mac App Store), which begins a subscription through the App Store with your Mac's associated Apple ID.

  • Subscribing via the Mac app (downloaded from our website), which begins a subscription directly with us through Stripe.

If you have deleted your Copilot account, please use the following methods to cancel your subscription:

  • If you subscribed via the iOS app, you can manage, cancel, and/or request a refund for your subscription via the mobile App Store app on your phone. Apple manages all payments and refunds, so we can't start or stop a subscription on your behalf.

  • If you subscribed via the Mac app (downloaded from Apple's Mac App Store), you can manage, cancel, and/or request a refund for your subscription via the App Store app on your Mac. Apple manages all payments and refunds, so we can't start or stop a subscription on your behalf.

  • If you subscribed via the Mac app (downloaded from our website) and deleted your Copilot account then we will have automatically canceled your Copilot subscription upon deletion as we have control over this subscription directly through our systems.
