If you have a Copilot account and it looks blank (no accounts, transactions, or data), this might mean you accidentally created a second Copilot account by signing in with a different login method than the one you originally used.
This commonly happens when:
You originally signed up using Sign in with Apple, and later logged in using email, or vice versa
You logged in using a different email address than before
Copilot treats each login method as a separate account, so signing in a different way will create a new, empty account. This makes it look like your data is missing.
How to Fix It
Log out of Copilot
Log back in using the same method you originally used (Apple or email)
Once you log in with the correct method, your accounts and data should reappear. If you’re still seeing a blank account after following these steps, please reach out to us via the in-app chat and we’ll be happy to help.
You can learn a little bit more about logging into Copilot here.
Not sure which login method you used?
You can check this on any device where your data is still visible:
Go to Settings → Account → Email
If you see an address like xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com, that usually means you signed up using Sign in with Apple
If you see your regular email address, you probably signed up using email. This will help you confirm the correct way to sign back in.
