Copilot now allows you to connect your Binance.US account with an API key.

DISCLAIMER: The Binance.US website screenshots below may become outdated, but the general instructions for creating a read-only API Key should not change substantially. Please contact Binance.US Support if you have any questions about API Key Creation.

API Key Creation

  • Login to your Binance.US account in a web browser. Managing API keys is not currently supported on the Binance.US mobile app.

  • Open the profile dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the dashboard, and select API Management.

  • Enter an API label name, select Create, and enter your 2FA code, if enabled.

  • Then confirm API Key creation through the email verification from Binance.US.

  • Once you are redirected to your API List, confirm the API restrictions:

    • The API restrictions default is Can Read only.

    • DO NOT Enable Spot Trading or Withdrawals. Copilot only requires read access. For your security and the integrity of your Binance.US account, BE SURE NOT TO Enable Spot Trading or Withdrawals.

  • IP Access Restrictions

    • IP Access must be Unrestricted to connect with Copilot.

  • Copy and save your Secret Key in a secure location. The Secret Key will not be available in the API List after leaving this page.

Account Connection

  • To connect your Binance.US account, select add > next to the Investments section of the Accounts tab, then Link an institution. Select Binance.US and Continue.

  • Acknowledge that you have followed the read-only API key instructions in this article.

  • Then enter the new read-only API Key and Secret to connect Binance.US.

Please note: If you have holdings in the Binance Earn program, you will see a separate account with Earn holdings.
